About My Office
I learned early on in my career that being in the right office can have a major impact on an agent's ability to market property and to bring transactions through to a successful completion. As a successful trainer, I have been fortunate to see how operations work in many different offices. While I had many very good options in the area, I felt that the team and management at this office by far provides the best opportunity to provide the highest level of service to my clients!
About Me...
With the ever increasing complexity of a real estate transaction, it’s extremely important to work with a REALTOR® who has a thorough understanding of the many laws that affect a real estate transaction. I have always been committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism at all times, and take great care to make sure that every document and every aspect of a transaction is handled properly.
I was born in Baltimore City (the year is not important)
and raised in Lutherville in Baltimore County. Other than 4 and a half
years serving in the U.S. Army, I have lived in the area my entire life.
I graduated from Towson High School and from Towson State University
with a B.S. in History (hence the real estate career), and I have been
fortunate enough to work throughout this entire region.
I
began selling real estate in May, 1992 and started working
as a real estate trainer and instructor in January, 1996. Since then,
I have brought hundreds of new agents into the real estate business,
I've consulted publishers on textbooks used nationwide and operate the
largest and most popular free website in the country to help students
get their real estate license. I am completely committed to making sure
all of my clients receive the highest level of service available in
the real estate industry. I believe in listening to a client to help
them get what they truly want, rather than just doing what will put
the most commission in my pocket.
Outside
of real estate, I am a musician and songwriter (listen
to me here!). I speak some Russian (courtesy of Uncle Sam). I design
my own websites and I am able to give every listing its own website,
so that anyone on the Internet can take a tour of your property, even
if they can't visit right away!
