Yes! The listing agent and buyers agent work independently from each other (by law in Maryland) and only the Broker (the top licensee in the company) represents both parties. If I sell your property myself, I will continue to represent your interests. I am obligated to be fair and honest with any buyer, but I would be helping you in any negotiations and would keep confidential any information which affects negotiations.
