Understanding Key Elements
of the Sales Contract

The sales contract has gotten longer and longer over the years. When I began selling in 1992, the sales contract was normally about five to seven pages long. Contracts now can be over forty pages long. It's important to fully understand a contract before you sign it. Most agents will explain the contract to you, but you make sure you get the opportunity to carefully read over the contract as well. At our first meeting, I will provide you a sample copy of the main body of the contract, so you have the opportunity to read it.
