Will You Make Sure I Understand What's Going To Happen Before It Actually Happens?

Real estate transactions have become extremely complicated. If it has been more than a few years since you've bought or sold a home, you will have to deal with many issues that you have never run into before. A sales contract can range from 35 to 45 pages. There are disclosures that, if not handled properly, can put a lot of liability on a seller, or could cause a buyer to end up with a property that has a lot of problems.

When I work with a buyer or seller, I explain the process they can expect to go through right at the very beginning. Then, as a home search, listing or transaction progresses, I explain each individual process, so that the buyer or seller is aware of what is happening and understands what's going on. I don't like anybody to have bad surprises, and I do everything I can to keep that from happening.
