Do Things Ever Go Wrong?

Things go wrong many times that are beyond control of the agent. This is why it's so important to work with an agent that is able to handle difficult situations and that thoroughly understands real estate legal issues. When those situations come up, I'm immediately on top of things. I gather all available information, re-examine every pertinent document and do whatever is needed to get things back on track. I immediately involve my manager in any problem, and if it's necessary, we will seek additional legal advice.

I never forget who I'm representing and I place my client's best interest above my own (as I'm supposed to). I keep my clients fully informed throughout the transaction and follow all legal instructions. And if it's in my client's best interest to get out of a transaction, I will tell them that.
