What Do You Mean When You Say You're
A "Full Service Real Estate Company?"

Long & Foster is a full service real estate company. This means that as a real estate company, we fully market your property. Some agents and companies leave much of the marketing up to the seller. That will not happen when I'm working with you (although I will let you know how you can help to enhance my marketing efforts). I will hold open houses, run advertising in newspapers and trade publications, take your property information to real estate offices throughout the area (with my company AND other companies) and I will do extensive Internet and electronic marketing.

We will handle every phase of the transaction to make sure that everything is done properly, and to make sure that you don't run into unexpected legal problems down the road. There are many issues that can be decided in favor of the buyer OR the seller, and I do whatever I can to make sure that my clients are protected in those situations.

Long & Foster also has its own mortgage company, insurance company and affiliated title companies. And through our Home Service Connections® service, we can find almost any type of service provider that you might need related to real estate.
